  • We reserve the right to use anonymised examples of client work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of business, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Sammas Plus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
